Pantanassa Port
Welcome to Pantanassa Port
Pantanassa is located 12km west of Heraklion and takes its name after the monastery of Panagia Pantanassa, dedicated to Virgin Mary. It is the port where the fishermen and excursionists start their journey to the deep blue waters of the area. There is a beach next to the small port which is organized with umbrellas and sunbeds, and there are pine trees around, hanging from the surrounding cliffs.
